Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information (email, display name, user ID)
- Your game data (scores, achievements, statistics)
- Your game history and progress
- All data associated with your account in our systems
Warning: This action cannot be reversed. Once your account is deleted, you will lose:
- All achievements and trophies
- Your all-time score and leaderboard position
- Your game progress and statistics
- Access to any in-app purchases or power refills
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data Retention
After account deletion, we may retain certain information for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Records required for tax or legal compliance
- Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to your account
Third-Party Services
Please note that some data may be retained by third-party services we use:
- Google Firebase: Account deletion requests will be processed according to Firebase's data retention policies.
- Google AdMob: Ad-related data may be retained according to AdMob's privacy policies.
- App Stores: Purchase history may be retained by Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their policies.
