5. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Game results and leaderboard positions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

8. Advertisements

• The App will be compatible with all devices
